Bozeman Location:
Parking lot access. We are on the 2nd floor but there is a handicap accessible ramp.

You don't need a referral. You don't need to bring anything fancy. Just show up.
If you have recent imaging (X-rays, MRIs) or lab work, bring it. If you don't, that's fine too. We'll figure out what we need during your first visit.
What Happens When You Book:

Follow-up visits:

until offered a wellness plan
We don't take insurance, but we'll give you a superbill for reimbursement if your plan covers out-of-network care.

I've Tried Chiropractic Before and It Didn't Work.
Most of our patients have. That's usually because traditional chiropractic doesn't address why the problem keeps coming back. We do. Worth a conversation.
Do I Need to Commit to a Long-term Plan?
No. We see you until you're 80% better, then it's your choice. Average is six visits for acute care. No contracts.
Can I Just Ask a Quick Question?
Yes. Call us. If we can answer it in two minutes, we will. If it needs an appointment, we'll tell you that.
What if I Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
Just let us know. We're flexible. Life happens.
What We Need From You
If this is your first visit, we'll need:
Your contact information (we'll ask when you book)
Insurance information if you want a superbill
Any recent imaging or lab work if you have it
A list of current medications/supplements if you're on any
That's it. No extensive paperwork. We'd rather spend time figuring out what's wrong than filling out forms.
